Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to join a high-impact digital transformation programme for a leading organisation in Ireland. This contract role will focus on designing and implementing scalable customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud, enabling unified customer profiles, advanced segmentation and real-time insights across the business..

Key Contributions

• Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce Data Cloud implementations, ensuring scalable and secure data models
• Design data ingestion pipelines, identity resolution strategies, and unified customer data models.
• Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing) and external systems.
• Define data governance, data quality, and security frameworks for customer data platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and best practice guidance across Data Cloud architecture and implementation.
• Support data activation use cases, segmentation strategies, and real-time personalisation initiatives.

Required Background

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with strong exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly CDP).
• Hands-on experience designing customer data platforms, data models, and identity resolution frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem integrations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Experience with data integration tools, APIs, ETL pipelines, and cloud data platforms.
• Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR).
